We believe the thrill of sports goes beyond the field. 8kbey was built with one idea in mind — to create a simple, safe, and world-class betting experience for people in Bangladesh.
It was 2019. A group of young, tech-savvy individuals in Dhaka were looking to solve a problem. Back then, online betting in Bangladesh meant English-only interfaces, complicated payment processes, and hours of waiting for support — a frustrating experience for everyday users.
That's where 8kbey was born. Our founding team believed that Bangladesh's millions of sports fans deserved a better experience. The thrill you feel at a cricket ground — that same excitement could be brought to a betting platform. All it took was the right technology and the right mindset.
The first year was tough. We started with just a few thousand users. But the 8kbey team held firm on one thing — every complaint had to be heard, every problem had to be solved. That commitment is what slowly built the trust we have today.
Today, 8kbey is one of Bangladesh's most recognized online Sports Betting platforms. Over half a million registered members place bets daily on everything from cricket and football to kabaddi and e-sports. But we don't measure ourselves in numbers — we measure ourselves in relationships.
8kbey is more than a betting site — it's a community where an office worker in Dhaka, a businessman in Chittagong, and a student in Rajshahi all share the excitement of the game on one platform. With everything in Bangla, anyone can use it with ease.
We've put special care into building our payment system. Deposits and withdrawals are easy through three mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Winnings are typically processed in under 30 minutes. Day or night, payments never stop.
Responsible betting is a core part of who we are. We want our platform to be a source of entertainment, not addiction. That's why users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits. There's also an option to temporarily suspend your account whenever you need a break.
We're also planning to add more local sports in the future. Ha-du-du, boli khela, boat racing — 8kbey dreams of bringing Bangladesh's traditional sports to the digital betting stage. Stay with us, because this journey is just getting started.
